Placing Orders

A quick summary to place an order (read below for more information):

1) Your CD master
2) Artwork Files CD-Rom (or FTP)
3) Contact info, along with phone and email address
4) Shipping address
5) Payment Information
6) Cover Letter describing your order

Deposits and Payments:

CD Duplication:
In full if supplying check or money order. 2/3 deposit acceptable if supplying credit card (using PayPal only, VISA, MC and Discover accepted) or check or money order, with balance due before shipping.
 

Forms:
Include these forms with your order, along with a letter indicating what you are ordering: Media Kit Forms

Description of Forms to submit with your order:
1) Credit Card Authorization Form - For all orders using credit card.
2) IPR Form (Intellectual Property Rights) - For all orders. This signs off that you are the owner of all songs on your CD. If you are not, DO NOT SUBMIT NON ORIGINAL MATERIAL.
3) Media Approval Form - For all orders. If we mastered your CD, mark master provided by Chunksofmeat. If you supply your own master, mark master provided by the representative of the order.
4) Self Supplied Artwork Agreement - For all orders where you supply your own art files.
5) Design Agreement - For any order having us typeset and design your art files.
 

You must state in your order the type of CD being duplicated:
CD-Rom
Audio CD
Mixed Mode - Audio and CD-Rom
CD Extra
Multisession - MUST BE CLOSED. Do not send a multisession without closing the final session. If you do not close the last session, only the last session will be readable on your CD copies. We suggest reburning your final master CD as one single session, then send it to us for duplication or replication.
Enhanced CD
Do you have audio tracks and data on the same CD?
Do you have a CD that plays music in standard CD players, but plays a video and is interactive if placed in your computer CD-Rom drive?
Do you have a Hybrid CD-Rom for PC and MAC?
